To access Management Reports, in your Monitis dashboard go to Reports -> Management Reports.
Different types of available Management Reports are described further in this document.
Uptime Performance Report
The Uptime Performance Report shows data for your uptime monitors for the last 24 hours, aggregated hourly (see Uptime Calculation in Reports).
Select Reports -> Management Reports -> Performance from the menu.
The Uptime Performance Report will open in the current tab.
Click the icon on the topmost right corner to select for your report to show data for a particular location, or across all locations.
By default, the Performance Report opens for all locations. If you want to see data about how your uptime monitors performed from a specific location, select the location from the list. The Performance Report will then show data for all your uptime monitors that you have set monitoring from the selected location for.
You can also select “All with Locations” to have your uptime monitors data grouped per location, as well as “All Locations” data in one report.
You can select the monitor group to show data for from the list in the top right corner of the screen.
SLA Reports
The next three reports under the Reports->Management Reports are SLA reports, where you can see performance of your monitors against the SLA thresholds that you have set in your monitor settings.
Select the report type from the menu: Uptime, Transaction or Full-Page Load.
Uptime SLA
Select Reports -> Management Reports -> Uptime SLA. The report will be added to the current tab in your Monitis dashboard.
Like in the Performance Report, you can choose between showing data for a particular location, “All Locations” or “All with Locations”.
You can see it in the report that for monitors that you have set up SLA thresholds for, the thresholds are shown next to them.
Under Last 24 hours uptime (%) you can see the uptime percentage of a monitor over the last 24 hours.
Under Last 24 hours avg (s) you can see the average response time of a monitor over the last 24 hours (see Average Response Time Calculation in Reports).
If uptime or average response time reported by the monitor hasn’t crossed your set SLA threshold, the value will be shown in green; otherwise, the value will be shown in red.
Under Last 24 hours downtime (m) you can see the total downtime (min) of an Uptime monitor over the last 24 hours.
The same metrics (uptime, response time average and downtime) are available in the report also for the last 7 days and last 30 days’ time periods.
Transaction SLA
Go to the Reports menu and select Reports -> Management Reports -> Transaction. The report will be added to the current tab in your Monitis dashboard.
Like in the Performance Report, you can choose between showing data for a particular location, “All Locations” and “All with Locations”.
You can see it in the report that for monitors that you have set up SLA thresholds for, the thresholds are shown next to them.
Under Last 24 hours uptime (%) you can see the uptime percentage of a monitor over the last 24 hours.
Under Last 24 hours avg (s) you can see the average response time of a monitor over the last 24 hours.
If uptime or average response time reported by the monitor didn’t cross your set SLA threshold, the value will be shown in green; otherwise, the value will be shown in red.
Under Last 24 hours downtime (m) you can see the total downtime (min) of a Transaction monitor over the last 24 hours.
The same metrics (uptime, response time average and downtime) are available in the report also for the last 7 days and last 30 days’ time periods.
Full Page Load SLA
Go to the Reports menu and select Reports -> Management Reports -> Full Page.
If uptime or average response time reported by the monitor hasn’t crossed your set SLA threshold, the value will be shown in green; otherwise, the value will be shown in red.
Under Last 24 hours downtime (m) you can see the total downtime (min) of a Full Page Load monitor over the reporting time period.
