Viewing Alerts Received via Push Notifications
When you receive a Monitis alert on your device screen, tap on it to view the alert in your Monitis mobile app.
You will be taken to the Push Alerts view in the Monitis app, where you can see the list of alerts sent to your Android contact via push notifications.
By default 50 most recent alerts are shown for your selected time range. Tap on the date picker to select the time range and choose the number of alerts for it to show.
By default you will see alerts for all your monitor groups. If you want to filter from this list only alerts for your chosen monitor group(s), tap on the filter button and select the group(s) using the multi-select control.
Tap on Hide recovery alerts if you do not want recovery alerts shown in the list.
View the Alert Cause(s)
To view the cause(s) for monitor’s failure tap on View Causes.
Alert History
To view not only alerts sent to your Android contact but alerts sent to all contacts, tap on the Alerts History item in the menu.
Unlike the Push Alerts view, the Alert History view allows you to see all alerts sent to all your contacts (email, SMS, etc). Like in the Alerts History in your Monitis Dashboard, the alerts are grouped by a failure-recovery event, so for the recovered failures you will see also the status duration period (From-To) shown.

Tap on Show only open problems if you want to see only alerts for issues that haven’t recovered yet (recovery alert not received).
