Agent Error – 12157
We have update our servers security certificates with stronger cryptographic hash functions SHA2.
Unfortunately window 2003 server doesn’t support SHA2.

After installing this hotfix from Microsoft your agent will connect to our data-center without any problems.

Agent Error – 12029
Please make sure that SSL & TLS security is active for the System User account settings.
You can use the following Microsoft program “pstools” to make these changes.
You can use this command to execute psexec -s -i “%programfiles%\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe” this will open IE with system tools.
