Addition of New Monitors to a Common Rule Set from Contact

When you add a monitor which belongs to a group of monitors (same agent or All Server-Device monitors) which already has alert rule set from contact, a threshold for this monitor to match that rule will be created and added to the rule.

For example, if you have an alert rule set for the Demo Email1 contact to alert upon failure of any Server-Device monitor.image40
As the rule is set to alert upon failure of any Server-Device monitor, any new Server-Device monitor that you add in your account will be included in the rule, provided that you do not choose not to receive any alerts for this monitor when adding it.
