Monitis users who have set up alerting with VictorOps now have an option to add a routing key in the contact details in case they want their alerts to be sent to specific contact group defined by them with the same Service API key.
Also, the failure and recovery alerts now provide even more detailed information thus better describing the problem.
Now you can see the monitor type, name, group name, agent (if there is one) and the problem description providing you with additional information of the failure.
With the Recovery Alert, you’ll also get the duration of the failure to better analyse the issue.
